Get out there and see what’s there to see.

Gyms are a substitute for outdoor activities. Digging, chopping, walking, raking, hand crafting, etc, all in the outdoors makes you not to think of going to gym. Fresh air, firm blood circulation, sweating, meaningful activity, all these make gyms obsolete. Then there’s the “witnessing of things”. Seeing, experiencing phenomena such as birth, rebirth, death, other than human life forms, sky, soil, growing food, all that supplies us with a real sense of life. No gym will ever do that for you.
